QUENCH CAR

APPLICATION:  MINERAL COAL COOLING PROCESS FOR COKE PRODUCTION

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: Dimensions 17,1 x 5,1 x 2,3 m l Weight 70 Tons

ACHIEVIMENT:

We anticipated a lot of error design by doing the 3D model before the beginning of the manufacturing and I corrected 42 drawing sheets those weren't matching for assembly. At the end, we delivered the equipment on deadline and also did padronization of the parts drawing. The different measure between the real dimension to project dimension was less than 5 mm according to reference standard DIN 13920:1996..

STRUCTURAL FEA ANALISYS

APPLICATION:  EQUIPMENT FOR BUNDLE DISASSMBLYING

ACHIEVIMENT:

Collected PETROBRAS’s information for each parts of the equipment and did the structural analysis by FEA. I’ve done a study with different material and geometry to resolve the critical points to be repaired.

Coordination all process from collecting the requirements of the project, developing the equipment design, engineering calculus and manufacture until client’s approval.

APPLICATION:  EQUIPMENT FOR LIFTING WEIGHT UNTIL 20 Tons

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:     Dimensions 16,5 x 9,3 x 4 m l Weight 29 Tons

ACHIEVIMENT:

I collected the measures on the site and drawn each parts of the equipment and did the structural analysis by FEA. I identified the critical points to be repaired and detail the parts for manufacture and maintenance of the gantry crane to operate with safety approval.
